Fair questions

Whose data is it?

Yours, in writing. The service agreement says so: you own everything you put in, you can have a full export whenever you like, and if you ever leave, your data is handed over and then deleted. I'm registered with the ICO (the UK data protection regulator).

Is my staff and client information secure?

Data is stored in an industry-standard encrypted cloud database, each business gets its own completely separate database, and staff PINs mean cleaners only see their own jobs.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. It's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice. If it's not saving you time, stop paying for it — that keeps me honest.

What if it turns out not to fit my business?

Then you shouldn't pay for it. If you decide within 30 days of going live that it's not right for you, I refund your setup fee in full and we part as friends. The demo means you'll usually know before spending a penny anyway.

Do my staff need to download an app?

No — it runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and can be added to the home screen so it feels like an app. Nothing to install or update.

What if I need a feature it doesn't have?

Tell me. Because I build and maintain it myself, good ideas from clients regularly become features — and updates reach everyone automatically.

I'm not techy. How hard is setup?

You send me your logo and a list of your services; I do everything else and walk you through it on a call. Most owners are booking jobs within ten minutes of logging in.
